Packaging & Delivery TPL’s Hydrogen Peroxide is shipped in Polyethylene drums of 30 Kgs and 240 Kgs. These drums are fitted with specially designed vented caps to ensure safe storage and transportation. For bulk quantity customers within Thailand, - We deliver Hydrogen Peroxide through our dedicated Tank-trucks of 12 MT capacity. - Services are offered to provide Bulk storages of 1 MT, 8 MT, 12 MT in polyethylene construction. - TPL also offers services for engineering, design and installation of the Dosing system at customer site. For deliveries outside Thailand, we supply in 30/240 Kgs polyethylene drums loaded on Shipping Containers or in Isotainers of 20 MT capacity for bulk users. Suitable Material of Construction for H2O2 35% & 50% H2O2 storage made of passivated 304, 316 Stainless Steel or Polyethylene. Transfer pumps and short transfer lines made of: - Teflon lined or - Passivated 304, 316 Stainless Steel - PVC (only for 35% H2O2) TPL ships H2O2 in HDPE drums. Drum parts consist of - HDPE vented caps - Ring gaskets made of PE or Teflon. Each customer's processing of H2O2 has specific safety, material and economic considerations. TPL offers to survey and recommend individual customer's needs for a safe storage & handling system.
