OCARE releases hydrogen peroxide over time, which in application
is decomposed to oxygen and water by enzymes and residual metals. OCARE
is applicable in wastewater, sludges, and soils, releasing in as little
as a few hours or up to several months depending on the application. The
principal reaction products of OCARE are oxygen by way of hydrogen peroxide,
water, hydrated lime.
